Okaies, my only two cousins and my uncle is coming from Korea, my birth country. We haven't seem them in like five years--and finally they're coming over to the US! So, together, we'll spend some head-exploding-two-week-summer-vacation without caring about money. xD
They'll come next Thursday, the 31st, and for the weekend, we're staying in our house [near cincinnati] and showing what we do in the US. Our house, the mall, farms, and must-see restaurant. Living in Korea and US is a BIG difference. South Korea is a small country, but has adequate population, and most of them are all cities. My cousins live in Seoul, where we used to live--and that's a huge city compared to peaceful Cincinnati, and even more to our "city-city" Mason, where it's more like a township. Koreans live in small but luxury apartments, so our house will look like a mansion to them.
And the backyard, and the farm across us--I donno, a zoo?
We've bought a new car, a BMW and it shipped from Germany and arrives exactly the day our cousins come. But no way that car will fit all of us--so we rented aflower power van [joking xD] but we'll miss our new car. D: ... xD
Anyways--it'll be fun. xD
Vacation 1
And from 1-15, we'll gonna be traveling all around!
For the first week, we'll drive up to Boston and Connecticut to visit Yale and Harvard. And actually part of the plan is to go to the gift shop and buy lots of Yale/Harvard merchandise. So when we wear them--well, one time we saw a guy wearing all Harvard [harvard hat, t-shirt, backpack] and thought he enrolled in Harvard. But actually--he wasn't. xD Ok, that's not the real plan. There's some other reason that I'm not told of. I think to visit a friend.
Then we'll drive up to New York, to get a nice city tour and visit all those signature-American objects. Like the Statue of Liberty, to my cousins and my uncle.
After that we're going to Niagra Falls, Canada! =D I heard there's lots of fun there!
I'm not sure if we're visiting Washington DC, but if we have time, we would.
To take a rest, we're staying in Cinci for the weekend. That's the time I'm visiting you all. <3 We get homesick easily, and I don't think we can last 2 weeks away. xD And so am I to here.
Vacation 2
This time, we're flying over to California! We're practically visiting almost everywhere in California ideal for traveling. Beaches, Art Centers/Museums [my dad is a designer, my mom used to be a fashion designer/artist; now a nurse, and I want to be a designer when I grow up], visiting my dad and uncle's friend [oh yeah, my dad and uncle are brothers], Hollywood, and those famous cities [San Diego, LA, San Jose, etc., I hope we go shopping there! xDDD], and probably other things else.
We rented a vacation house so like camping. =D
Well~ I'll be having fun but most of all--I'LL MISS YOU GUYS WAYYY MUCH! T-T
You guys take care and don't have too much fun without me! xD kidding
