Exterior.

Fei's soft, long pelt is mainly different shades of ginger, except for his muzzle and chest, which are white. His main coat color is a very pale golden-shaded ginger, slowly darkening into a dark maroony red. This dark ginger is mainly on his back and tail, his tail's stripes almost all consisted of the color, except for a few stripes of white. This color also resides on his ears, coating them in a fiery red. The red color slowly gets lighter and less intense on his back, flowing smoothly into his base coat and then into a very pale cream on his underbelly. His chest and forelegs consist of a creamy-off white color that is consistently lighter than the rest of his pelt. Even though he is not a tabby, he still has a dark ginger tabby "M" on her face. Next to his eyes are a thin line dark ginger, which helps reflects the sun away from his eyes.

Fei's brilliant green eyes are round and inquisitive, filling up the rest of his face that her muzzle and ears don't. They are a soft, leaf-colored shade of green that reflects and retracts sunshine very well. This color is nor pure green though. It is flecked with a soft, faint cyan color that looks like puddles in the moorland, if you are viewing them from the air. His eyes are a simple shape; round and exact. They are like a smooth, ever-shifting lake of blue-flecked green, that has a short black claw jutting though it. This "black rock" is his pupil, and it is short and pointed: like a claw. His right eye's pupil is much skinnier than her other sides.

His body is long and slender, with a touch of stockiness at his legs and tail. Compared to his slender, elegant body and tail, his legs are short and unrefined in comparison. His main body is long and refined, smoothly transitioning into a long, elegant tail with a bushy tip. On the other side, the transition is slightly rougher, but still slows into a finely shaped head and neck. His body then sprouts legs that are shorter, less slender and more stocky than the rest of her body, leaving them less elegant than the rest of his appearance.

Fei comes across as being carefree and eccentric, often saying things he doesn't mean or completely opposite to what he means. He is not overly expressive, and has a tendency to feign feelings, manipulating or tricking others. Fei is a serial liar and not particularly concerned about forging feelings or buying his way. He does this because he believes he needs to fight fire with fire, and has lost all hope in the warrior code. His motto is something along the lines of ‘The goal justifies the means’. However he has a high sense of discipline and is extremely filial to his parents.

Fei has a deep mistrust of all warriors, especially deputies, and refuses to accept assistance or anything else from them, preferring to supervise or conduct investigations of them by himself. He also childishly likes to behave in a complete disregard for laws and social customs. Fei manages to out fox the Clan’s pursuit most of the time…

In his field of work, he is considered a maverick, despised by more senior colleagues, and not taken seriously by many, but his dedication and single-mindedness when applying himself to his cases is both admired and envied. However because of his unconventional style, he frequently exposes himself to danger.

He is happiest when airborne, and loves to travel.

Story

Fei was born in the woods near ThunderClan. He moved to the RiverClan territory as an kit with his mother. His mother and father met while roaming through far lands, and went away together - he was from a unknown linage, a lower caste and she was forbidden from becoming mates him as she is the daughter of a elite show cat. When Fei was only 4 moons old, his mother was tricked into returning to her father's twoleg's nest to visit her supposedly ailing mother who forced her into an arranged "marriage" to merge 2 powerful show cats. Since then she had been kept from returning to her mate and son. She was determined to leave everything (her twoleg nest, her trophies) to her son, Fei. Enraged, her "mate" banished her to the wild and did not permit her any control of their combined show career. She did not know both Fei and his father were in the same location, only discovering this upon scenting a faint waft of his scent whereupon she immediately tracked him down.

His father found another mate while living in ThunderClan territory, and had 3 more kits with his new mate. In order to protect his family, he stopped contacting them, had them change their names and moved them overseas yet again.

As a young loner, at the age of 12 moons, he fled to the ShadowClan territory, when a patrol chased him out. He formed a close relationship with a sweet loner Samisle, an experienced loner who was showing him the way, and they formed a strong working relationship. The route they traveled on involved a many twolegs, comprising of several high school students. However in the ultimate betrayal, Fei was almost killed when Samisle was revealed to be the ringleader and part of a larger loner organisation. (He carries the scars to this day - several claw wounds, many of them from Samisle herself.). The entire affair was covered up, leading Fei to believe there is rampant corruption within clan law (mainly their guard of the borders and allowing something that big to appear without warning), and shattering his belief in the code. Because he was new to the loner scene, his attempts to close the group were blocked repeatedly and he was ridiculed. Disillusioned, he left. However, when several attempts were made on his life again, his family threatened, he realized he was targeted by those who had failed to kill him.

Soon after he was abducted and brought to an unknown location where he was brought before a mysterious she-cat who provided him with a lot of food and information about what had happened to him. Unbeknownst to him, this cat was his mother. In return, she asked that he meet her every moon and tell him about his childhood, his father and his siblings.

With the food and information she provided him, Fei gained new confidence to pursue the truth and expose the corruption in the code. He brought together a small group of cats to help him, and his mother also provided him with bodyguard to protect him.

Disastrously, his mother was murdered only 3 moons after their reunion. Her mate, upon discovering their secret moonly meetings, had her killed. But before then, she disclosed that her mate was intimately involved in what had happened to Fei. Devastated, Fei swore to take revenge. To add insult to injury, Fei was framed for the murder and almost killed for it.

He befriended a she-cat named Franziska while journeying from his mother's home, and finds her upon injury. She brings Phoenix (a cat experienced in medicine) to heal Fei, and also uses her connections with the Clan's to access increasedhealing power, enlisting a medicine cat's help. They discover the ones involved in attacking Fei was a result of the same corruptive sources within the group that affected him so adversely before. Fei fled after he was healed, and he now seems to be living in WindClan territory.
