Moonpaw is a gray tabby with short fur. He has large, round brown eyes. He is built slim but powerful with short legs and a short, broad tail. His fur is likethe moon, a thin sheen of white gray fur on a much darker grey undercoat. He has large paws and long claws. He also has a distinct arrow of white running from his ears to his nose.
Pelt
Moonpaw's pelt is a thick pelt, thick enough to protect him from the winter chills. It has a light overcoat of a thin shade of white gray, underneath that a closely packed underpelt of darkly grey.
Eye
Moonpaw's eyes are a mix of green and yellow. The mixture, it seems, is common, and Moonpaw has never wanted to be common. His eyes are carefully masked with unreal emotions, so many cats know when his eyes say 'Happy' they mean 'Sad, depressed' et cetera. His feelings are also carefully concealed. When he is fearful, he acts and feels as if he is not so as not to spread fear scent. His eyes never show. He has deep yellow-green eyes that hold a steady gaze against anything that stands in his way.
Body
Moonpaw was carefully built by StarClan. Like all RiverClan cats, he is sleek and well muscled. But his muscles aren't formed as a great hunter or fighter. He has long legs and a stocky body with broad shoulders and a handsome face. His tail is long and broad, almost like a beavers, but it is the fur that broadens it. The thick fur around his tail sillouhettes his fox like tail.

Moonpaw is very sweet, so he can easily have things done for him, if he would do that. Which he wouldn't. He follows his dreams wherever it goes... Even if it involves breaking the Code. He is a lot like Leafpool from the saga, and might even fall in love [maybe he will, i dunno]. Moonpaw is not easily frightened, not that he shows anyway, and softly speaks. He can get paranoid if there is to be a battle, and rushes around, doing everything his dear mentor says. He is also very independant, he hates 'group activities'. He is very glad that he is not a warrior where he would have to double up with other apprentices and go on patrols where he would be ordered around. He is strong willed, and if he doesn't want to do something, he WILL NOT do it. His favorite saying is, 'I'm here to heal. Not to sympathize.'

Moonpaw was born with one other kit, a she cat named Swallowkit. When she was born, she was the weaker kit. Everyone expected [if it was to be] that Swallowkit would be the medicine cat apprentice, not Moonpaw, the stronger built one. If one had to choose, though, they would choose Swallowkit unless they were really smart. Why would someone be asking you that if not to fool you?
Moonkit felt out of place around his sister as she fantasized about going on patrols and fighting with other Clans. Moonkit fought with her playfully, because she wished so. Every time he was beaten by Swallowkit.
A day before apprenticeship, Moonpaw asked bluntly, 'If you were to take on an apprentice, would it be when you got older or just at anytime?' The medicine cat got the drift and asked if he would like to be her apprentice, and of course he accepted. Soon, he was Moonpaw, medicine cat apprentice. He loved it. [He's only just been apprenticed, soo..... yeah.]
Moonpaw wished to become Serenechaos's apprentice to serve his Clan in the best way that he could, and that lay in Healing and Dreaming, not in fighting and hunting. He had already learned the herbs and what they looked like by time time he was five moons old and had visited the den quite a number of times. He marveled in how Serenechaos knew StarClan and knew what was best for everything, and he looked up to her. As a younger kit, he followed her around, tryig to imiate Serene's walk and voice. Soon, Serenechaos decided that he would be a great apprnetice and Moonpaw was extatic.
