Usually it's banned by IP addresses, or if someone hacked into your account.

But still, I can't believe spams are still going on.

Maybe you can try to PM whoever's on charge there and back up with some hardcore data. Like ask what IP they banned, what time you were on, and that you would never do such a thing and you were framed.

I think it's cruel because I had someone who did that to me on a site before but that person had done it to others so they knew it wasn't me. We banned that person from the c-box. Anyways don't fret it Foxie there's always other sites and if they didn't trust you that goes to show they aren't good friends.
