A huge gray tabby crept into the clearing trying not to startle any cats Wow he thought as he looked around, his green eyes sparkled in the sunlight and his pelt showed perfectly shiny. He felt like he was on the top of the world the sun shining brightly his wind ruffling in the wind and his eyes darting back and forth trying to take everything in. Home he thought home at last....
He sat silently his paws itching to meet new people but he thought he should wait instead of barging into a den and have them thinking that hes a intruder. He sighed tapping his tail on the grass inpatiently. He observed every nest with his keen green eyes and his nose. One smelled of milk and he could hear the mews of little kits crying to be fed, Nursery he though and looked to the next one. The smell of herbs rode on the wind healer he thought something he never experienced. He was just about to look at the next den but he smelled another cat approaching...

Not many days ended up as warm and beautiful as today. Warm Breezes like today never passed too often. Moonshade knew things rarely change radically, even the weather. But today she smelled something strange. Something making her nose twitch.

When she saw the gray tom, obviously not attacking, she knew exactly what had happened.
He was new.

Moonshade bounded toward the tom, Blue eyes shining. He had peircing eyes. "Hello. Whats your name. I am moonshade." Moonshade greeted. She licked her paw and swipped it across her face. She sure did hope this cat was freindly. there werent that many toms in the clan, and after not becoming deputy moonshade finds becoming a queen......i new approach towards a warriors life.

"Hello." he meowed a little shyly seeing a she-cat "My name is Northernwinds." he introduced himself. He blushed a little overwhelmed. A silent breeze swept through the camp ruffling his and the she- cats fur. Her peircing blue eyes looked at him he stred in awe struck. He gave his shoulder a nervous lick and waited for her to show him the camp

moonshade mrowed in amusement. "thats a nice name" she mewed. the wind ruffled her fur and she licked her fur flat again, Trying to hide her shyness.(lol is that a word) Moonshade stood up, "i suppose you would like to see the camp?" She mewed.

The sun promised the rest of the day warm and dry. this made moonshade purr. she was glad she got to show this cat around. even in the daylight moonshade's fur took on the role of the nightsky. her white speckles shone in the light and her black fur only darkened, portraying the night sky that was from coming.

Northernwinds stood up and shok up a piece of clinging dirt. "Thank you." he meowed his gradditude and followed behind her his eyes staring at the mountains overhead, there tall pine trees with a tiny bit of white at the top it looked truly magestic against the baby blue sky. A smell rode on the wind and made his nose twitch it was the river ,He could hear the waters gently going over the rocks and going on its journey.

Moonshade pointed her tail toward the bramble thicket that Rosestar called home. moonshade gulped. that Den used to be Ashstar's. moonshade looked at northernwinds as she bounded the the leaders den. she mewed, "this is the leader's den, where Rosestar sleeps or makes hard desicions." she sniffed the air.
