WHEN THINGS GO FROM BAD... TO WORSE. Hullo from Skippeh! I hope everyones holidays were fantastical! Mine were great, I got wads of stuff, and had my whole family over, and it was all very fun. And most exciting of all, I was going to go to my aunts house. The one with the horses!
Then, everything went downhill, with a few mixtures of good stuff.
Bad: We got to my aunts house, but it started to rain, making everything a soupy, muddy mess. Good: But, being the horse loving people we are, waited for the rain to diwndle down, then we tacked up one of the horses rode him around.
Good: I made sure to bring my cannon powershot [my one thing that I hold near and dear to my heart besides my Twilight books XD] so I could take wonderful pictures of my favorite horse Quin, and some of the other horses pf course. Bad: I packed up my camera only to have my borther come alert me that my nine year old cousin had unpacked it and dropped it on the tile floor while attempting to take a video of herself, in the process busting the part of the lens that protrudes when you go to take a picture. Plus my grandparents just got me a scanner/printer for my camera so I can upload my pictures more efficently, and I have to stare at it's huge box and know I can't use it. -cries in a corner- Good: I was fuming on the inside, but managed not to tear my cousin apart limb by limb, and throw her flesh into the fireplace to burn.
Good: I went out to the barn alone after the little camera incident, and I really think my good ole' Quinny boy noticed my depression over the loss of my camera. He was so sweet to me, nuzzling my neck, and putting his nose on my cheek, resting his muzzle on my head, and letting me mess with his horsey lips. XD He made me feel a little bit better about teh whole situation.
Good: My uncle is a wonderful chef, and made a huge feast of turkey, potatoes, creamed corn, peas, homemade stuffing and gravy, which I ate with pleasure. Bad: I got sick in the night from who knows what, and blew chunks like no other.
Good: The next morning it was very warm, and my clothes were washed and clean, not smelling like vomit or whatever else. I got up, ate pancakes, managed to hold em' down, and went out to the barn to see my beloved Quin. It was sooooooo muddy, but that was part of the fun. Me and my cousins played like, adventurers as we tried to make our way through the swampy pasture.
Good or Bad, whatever you prefer, but I call it good: Me and my aunt went on a trail ride. I rode the normally calm horse, Simba, and she rode her favorite horse, Hubble, the most crazy in the barn. As we headed off down the trail, we could here 4-wheelers in the distance, and Simba kept stopping and looking in that direction a little wary. I reasurred him that it was nothing to worry about, and I wouldn't let those evil 4-wheelers come eat him, and once we got into the woods he seemed okay. We trotted alot, and the usually calm lazy Simba was on his toes for once, even passing up Hubble with his speedy Throughbred pace! XD We went through the flooded creek, and finally pulled the eager beavers back to a walk. He seemed calm enough as we turned onto the last stretch back to the barn, lazy even, but suddenly a small herd of deer ran past, rustling the tall grass next to the trail. Simba gave them a split-second, wild eyed look and took off at a gallop, adding bucks as we flew along. I said "Sweet molasses," under my breath, as that is the fastest that fat horse has ever gone in his whole life. Then I managed to stay in the saddle for 6 bucks, but he gave a big seventh one and I was over his shoulder. I landed in the grass on my back/bum, with the air knocked out of me. I took a few seconds to get my air back, and then sat up and started laughing like crazy. I don't even know why, but it seemed really funny to me. XD I got up and grabbed his reins and took him back to the barn laughing, as we were only like 20 feet away, and got back on, so he wouldn't get it in his head that he could go back to his stall and stuff his face everytime he plopped one of the kiddos off. Yep, so that was how my first fall went. But I'm gunna call it an involuntary dismount. That's my new term for falling off. XD But I'm really happy I fell off, I had my involuntary dismount, even though my bum hurts, [><] cause' it was a learning experience, and now I know what it feels like. Maybe I'll work on my falling techniques...lol.
Bad: My cousin [same one who broke my camera -wipes tear-] asked me to take a video of her in her hyper stage on my phone, and I said yes, because she was running around in our little bedroom we were sharing downstairs and it was pretty funny. But then all of a sudden she started doing innapropriate things, and I managed to avoid most of them, thankfully, but when I tried to stop recording, she started trying to take my phone, making it immpossible for me to end the video. When I finally did, I tried to find it in my mass of videos of already stored, delteeing some as I searched, but was unsuccessfull. I decided to go through my huge amount of unneeded videos later, as it takes a while to delete them. Then, my brother told my dad that I was purposefully taking innapropriate videos of my cousin and not deleting them. My dad believed him. Of course. And he took my phone away. Joy. I explained it to my mom, who has feelings and cares for her emotional daughter who is under the stress of many bad things occuring so close together, and she believed me, but my dad refuses to give my phone back.
Bad: My brother is driving me nuts! He won't stop fighting with me about everything and nothing! Ugh he is relentless!
Bad: My brother stole my ipod headphones and when I discovered he finally gave them back, only to steal them again when I unplugged them to plug my ipod into the mini stereo thing. Good: I stole them back. Shh! He doesn't know! Bad: Getting on the computer upstairs, I was alerted by my security system that my computer was recently infected with 141 critical viruses, and malicious programs are trying to hack into my computer and email. Sounds delightful eh?
Well, hopefully the worst is over, but please don't feel it's your fault if I bite your head off. I'm just in a very bad mood. =P
-----OMG my brother is crying because he just bought a $50 Wii game with a $50 gift certificate he got for Christmas and he doesn't like the game. That sounds so prissy and who does he think we are?? Rich? Dude, bro, think of the people in Africa and the other poor countries. The best gift they get this Christmas is to live. Get over it. o.O

Ugh yeah I know. XP The good thing is that my mom said she is going to mail in my camera to Cannon and see if they can repair it. They say it's not that bad of a break, but it still looks terrible to me. my poor baby camera. -strokes broken camera-
