Warriors: The Other Clans
Did you think ThunderClan, RiverClan, ShadowClan, and WindClan were the only Clans out there? Well, if you did, you were dead wrong. Far away from these four Clans, in lush, tropical India, live BanyanClan, MireClan, TempleClan, and TunnelClan. They all praise StarClan, along with SunClan and MoonClan, and abide by the Warrior code, and they are all fraught with mystery and intrigue.
In the deep, lush tropical forest lives BanyanClan, the powerful climbers who make their camp in the largest banyan tree in the forest and, aided by their unparalleled tree-climbing skills, are able to feed upon small birds, along with the customary diet of rodents and some fish. To the west of the vast forest is a stretch of wide swampland which separates the BanyanClan and MireClan territories. TunnelClan lives in a smaller forest, whose trees and younger, smaller and farther apart. Despite this, their home is lush and full of plentiful prey, and their main prey are moles and other small rodents. TunnelClan camps in a network of abandoned burrows far underground, making them small and compact, with well-developed front claws. On the other side of the forest, the ground becomes soft and wet, marking the home of MireClan, the skillful swimmers who hunt fish, birds, mice, and sometimes turtles. Far to the north of the forest lays the ruins of some ancient civilization. TempleClan makes their homes in the remnants of what was once a beautiful place of worship. A few stained-glass windows are left, but most of the stone is weathered and covered with moss that is soft underfoot. TempleClan are skilled night-hunters who prey on small forest animals.
